Hi, I’m Nakita! Welcome to my little corner of the world. I consider myself a free spirit who loves spending time outside, being barefoot, listening to music, traveling, working in my garden, playing video games and cuddling with my husband and three fur babies.

In 2008 during a particularly difficult life chapter, I was lucky enough to find yoga. From that first class it has been a transformational practice that continues to bring me healing, compassion, forgiveness, self-love, and community. There were times during my military career that my practice waned, but when I returned from my last deployment to Afghanistan in 2016, my need to heal mentally and physically brought me back to the practice and Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, I have continued my education by completing my 500 RYT and Reiki Master Certification. I also hold certifications in Grief Yoga®, Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and am a Licensed Massage Therapist.

My passion is to help others that are struggling to find their space in this world, I want to help you reconnect to your magick so that you feel like the best version of yourself! My yoga classes and massages are all about cultivating stability through a unique combination of sthira and sukha (soft and strong). This focus allows for an experience that not only strengthens the body, but also the mind and spirit. In all of my offerings, you can expect to be warmly welcomed into a spirited and empowering space that promotes body awareness, self-inquiry, high fives, and good vibes.
